Is this a stand alone "program"?
No, our distributor kit gives you templates which can be used in any graphics program that accepts JPEG, GIF and TIFF files. We have not found a standalone program that fits our specifications for quality and ease of use.
What is really meant by a "distributorship"? Does that mean I work for you?
No, you don't work for us. Once you get your candy wrapper kit, you are free to conduct your business on your own. The "distributorship" refers to the fact that you are licensed (once you purchase our kit) to sell our wrappers designs as completed wrappers to your customers.
What is the resolution of your graphics and templates?
The resolution of our graphics and templates is 150 dpi for our JPEG files, 72 DPI for our GIF, WMF and TIFF files. This is a common resolution used for graphics by companies such as Hugware, etc.. Our Hershey miniature templates give you an extra version at 300 dpi.
Do I have to pay you anything else after I buy the kit in order to sell the wrappers? Do I have to give you any of the profits I make?
No, you don't have to pay us anything else once you pay for your Candy Wrapper Distributor Kit. The kit arrives to you ready to use for your business.
Will you offer more wrapper templates that we can buy and use?
Yes, from time to time we will be offering more wrapper template downloads for distributors, such as the holiday templates distributors can now purchase and download. All of our add-on wrappers templates will always be below $10 and many will be in the $5 range.
These add-on templates do not have to be purchased since many of the wrappers that come with our distributor kit are very adaptable to many holiday and event wrappers.
How long does it take for my kit to arrive?
The kits are shipped between 24 and 48 hours after and order is placed. This does not include weekends and/or holidays. If you place your order on a Friday, the order will be shipped no later than Tuesday of the next week.
Can I use your wrapper templates in my brochures and on my website.
Sure, you can use our wrappers in your brochures and on your website. We do ask that you place the word "sample" on them.
Do I receive any other discounts as a BelverBears Distributors?
Yes, as a BelverBears distributor you also receive a 20 percent discount on any graphics CD that you purchase. You all receive a 10 percent discount in our Candy Wrapper Store when you purchase items for your candy wrapping business.
What is your return policy?
We can not give refunds on kits where the CDs have been opened. This is the only way we can protect ourselves against fraud.
If you would like to return a distributor kit (before opening the CDs) you will receive your purchase price (less shipping cost) IF you request a refund within 7 days after you receive your distributorship kit (send your request by e-mail). You must return the kit with a return approval form (supplied by us) on which you will list your reason for returning the item. The return approval form also includes an affidavit which must be notarized. This affidavit certifies that the buyer has not copied or duplicated ANY part of our distributor kit in any way and has not given, distributed or otherwise shared our kit, distributor website URLS or any other distributorship materials in any way, shape or form.
