REFUND POLICY

GRAPHIC, CD AND BUSINESS KIT  DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of graphics and other downloaded files (they can be copied) we can not and do not give refunds on these purchases.  Please read all descriptions and ask any questions you have PRIOR to purchase.  If you'd like to ask any questions please click here.

CANDY WRAPPER BUSINESS KITS (Shipped by mail)

As stated on our website we offer refunds on business kits within three (3) business days of you receiving your kit if you have NOT opened any of our CDs.   You must make your request by e-mail  (at belverbears@aol.com AND motivationu@juno.com) and we will send you a Return Affidavit. 

This affidavit states that you have not copied, given away, sold, duplicated or kept in any way, any of our merchandise.  It also states that you have not shared any of our distributorship materials, website URLS or other information.  This form MUST be notarized and returned to us along with ALL contents of the kit.  Once we receive the affidavit along with all merchandise sent to you,  we will issue a refund in the amount equal to the cost of the kit (minus any shipping and handling charges).

OTHER TANGIBLE ITEMS AND SUPPLIES

We will give refunds on other tangible merchandise and supplies, such as clear envelopes if the packages are NOT opened.  You must notify us by e-mail, within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise and we will help you with the return process.  You must notify us by e-mail at belverbears@aol.com AND motivationu@juno.com
